James Teubler Wins British Adventure Golf Masters

Thanet’s James Teubler produced an impressive performance at the Sidcup Family Golf Centre to claim his inaugural Tour Victory and the coveted Tweed Jacket. James only dropped a single shot over the four rounds to claim the victory ahead of former Champion Will Donnelly, with Simon Brown completing the podium after a three way play off.

Reflecting on his victory,  a modest James said  “Can’t beat luck“ But as we all know it takes more than luck to win a Tournament 

In addition to the jacket, James took home the trophy, Gold Medal and £55.

Will Donnelly (Strokes) finished second, three shots behind, with Simon Brown (Aces) third after a three way play off with Derek Bentall (Wasps) and Ted McIver (Hastings).

Ted won the Category 2 Gold medal and £30, David Hartley (Hastings) took Silver and £20 with Shelley Cooper (Thanet) taking Bronze and £15.

Tim Novis (Hastings) won the Category 3/4 Gold medal and £30, John Sharp (Thanet) took Silver and £20 with Steve Hunt (Thanet) taking Bronze and £15.

Shelley also took home the Women’s Masters title with Cameron Fincher (Hastings)  becoming the Junior Masters. Both winning a Gold Medal and chocolate treat. 

Derek also took home the aces Medal and £15 cash prize
