Dunton Hills hosts the 2022 British Championships.
Dunton Hills will play host to the British Minigolf Association, with the 2022 British Championships taking place over the weekend of 17th and 18th September, attracting the top ranking players from across the UK as they compete to become the British Champion. In addition, the British Men’s, Women’s, Junior, Senior and Super Senior Champions will also be crowned. We hope to see all five reigning Champions back to defend their titles, Michael Smith (Men’s and overall British Champion), Cameron Fincher (Junior Champion), Shelley Cooper (Women’s Champion), Martin Greenhead (Senior Champion) and Andy Exall (Super Senior Champion), with an increasingly strong field of contenders lining up to challenge for the 2022 titles.
The Championship will tee off from 10am on the Saturday and will consist of six rounds for players to decide the National Championships. Players who are 19 or under at the start of the year are eligible for the Junior class, players 45 or over at the start of the year eligible for the senior class, and players 58 or over eligible for the Super Senior Class.
In a change from recent championships, the Junior event will be contested over three rounds on Saturday 17th, but of course they are more than welcome to play both days.
Participants can nominate to play in the class below should they wish (i.e Super Senior eligible players can nominate to play in Senior class instead.)
All players will play three rounds on Saturday and three on Sunday.
